Working Hours: 8:30-12:00, 13:00-15:30 – accepting applications.
                          16:00-17:00 – delivering passports.

The Visa Application Centre is situated at the cross roads of Irininskaya Street and Mikhaylovskiy Lane in a new high rise office-apartment building. The entrance is from the back. You can get to the Visa Application Centre from Shevchenko or Sofiyevskaya Street.
