  VFS Global is a commercial company, working in partnership with UKvisas and the British Embassy here in Ukraine providing services to help people apply for UKvisas.
  
  
  
• How Can We Help You?
  
  You will find information on this site, supplied by UKvisas, about how to apply for a UK visa, if you need one. From this site you can also use our free e-mail service to obtain the same information. We also offer a telephone information service, which costs UAH 6 per call/minute.
  
  Information about the UK immigration rules and policies can be found on UKvisas website (www.ukvisas.gov.uk).
  
  VFS also manages Visa Application Centres for UKvisas here in Ukraine, where you should submit your application, your biometric finger scans and pay the visa fee. The address details of the VAC can be found in the Contact Us section of this website.
  
  
  
• Where Can I Get Advice?
  
  Our staff cannot give you advice on how to complete your application, or what type of visa you should apply for. If you need help with your application, or advice about the UK immigration rules and requirements, you should ''seek advice from a professionally qualified immigration advisor. In the UK these are either solicitors regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) or immigration advisors registered with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC). You will find on the website of the professional association, the Immigration Law Practitioners' Association, a Directory of its members including solicitors and OISC regulated advisors.'
  
  In the UK, the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner keeps a list of registered immigration advisers.
  
  
  
• Who Decides If I Will Get A Visa?
  
  Your visa application will be processed and decided by UKvisas staff. Neither VFS, nor any of our staff, play any part in or influence the outcome of your visa application.
  
  If any member of our staff claims to be able to influence your application, you should inform the nearest British diplomatic mission as soon as possible.
  
  IMPORTANT: Please note that following the guidelines of the British Embassy, it is mandatory to complete and submit your application form and schedule your appointment online prior to submitting your visa application. All applicants are required to come in person to submit their visa application. Applications not submitted online/submitted in person will not be accepted.
  
  The passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date a visa application is submitted.
  
  Please provide a photocopy of your foreign passport when submitting your application to the UK Visa Application Centre.
  
  The visa fee applicable to the visa category being applied for needs to be paid at the Visa Application Centre in hryvnas in cash.
