Please note: The UK Border Agency at the British Embassy in Kyiv is unable to deal with visitors, phone calls or emails about visa processes and individual applications. All enquiries must be made in writing either by email or by letter and sent to VFS (contact details above). They will be dealt with as quickly as possible.

The UK Border Agency have sole responsibility for processing visa applications. No other UK Border Agency officials are involved in or authorised to intervene in the visa application process. Communications about visa applications or decisions should not be sent to any other UK Border Agency officials or sections. Any communications sent to other departments at the UK Border Agency will not receive a reply.

UK Border Agency in Kyiv invites interested parties to join their mailing list. Having joined the mailing list you will be able to receive messages about changes to the visa application process, new visa services and other relevant information. To join the mailing list please send an email to MailingList.UKBAKyiv@fco.gov.uk marked "For the attention of mailing list section". You should include the name of your organisation/individual and your preferred email address.
