Please note: The UK Border Agency at the British Embassy in Kyiv is unable to deal with visitors, phone calls or emails about visa processes and individual applications. All enquiries must be made in writing either by email or by letter and sent to VFS (contact details above). They will be dealt with as quickly as possible.

Responsibility for processing visa applications rests exclusively with the UK Border Agency. No other British Embassy officials are involved in or authorised to intervene in the visa application process. Communications about visa applications or decisions should not be sent to any other British Embassy officials or sections. Any communications sent to other departments at the British Embassy will not receive a reply.

UK Border Agency in Kyiv invites interested parties to join their mailing list. Having joined the mailing list you will be able to receive messages about changes to the visa application process, new visa services and other relevant information. To join the mailing list please send an email to MailingList.UKBAKyiv@fco.gov.uk marked "For the attention of mailing list section". You should include the name of your organisation/individual and your preferred email address.

Customers with disabilities

The visa application centre is situated on the 2 floor and has no lift. Applicants who will have difficulty gaining access to the visa application centre are requested to contact us on +38 044 220 10 62 or by email at info@ukvac-ua.com and special arrangements will be made. There are no disabled toilet facilities at the visa application centre.

Public Holiday Closures

The UK Border Agency and the Visa Application Centre in Kyiv will be closed on the following days in 2010.
