How can I contact the visa section directly?
If you want to discuss an application that has already been submitted at the
VAC the only way to contact the visa section directly is by email to
britvisa.kiev@fco.gov.uk. In line with UKBA policy, we do not take
telephone calls or respond to personal callers. If you want to discuss your
case by telephone please provide your contact details on your email and if
appropriate we will call you back. This email inbox is monitored during the
working week and this is the quickest way to get the visa section to look at
any enquiry, if necessary you should mark your email Urgent. We will respond as
appropriate although UKBA policy states that we have up to 20 working days to
reply. Any general enquiries, prior to submission of your application, received
at this address will be forwarded to info@ukvac-ua.com
