Customer Service & Feedback
UKvisas aims to offer a fair and professional service to all our customers. We
welcome feedback that helps us to focus on where we need to improve.
If you have any comments, or are concerned about the standard of service you
received, please let us know. We investigate all complaints fully and will send
you a reply within 20 days.
There is a Duty Manager at each Application Centre who handles all complaints.
If you wish to lodge a complaint you should mark it to the attention of the
Duty Manager at info@ukvac-ua.com.
If you wish to complain about the service you received from the Visa
Application Centre, you may submit it direct to their website, in person, or to
the Entry Clearance manager at the British Embassy Kiev.
If you wish to speak to a British member of staff at the Visa Section with
regards to a specific application, then you should first contact the visa
section to arrange an appointment, quoting the six-digit Kiev reference. Note
that appointments will only be available on Tuesday afternoons.
