VFS operates a call centre to answer your questions about the visa application process.
The call centre cannot provide immigration advice, and cannot give you any information about the progress of your application after it has been sent to the UK Border Agency. To find out how your application is progressing, see the Track your application page.
Telephone enquiries:
If you have a general enquiry about making a visa application, you can phone the VFS call centre on 0 900 302 890 (Premium rate 6 UAH per minute. Please note: KyivStar customers will not be able to use this number).
If you are calling from outside Ukraine, please dial the following number + 38 032 235 1757 (your call will be charged at the international rate per minute. Callers from Ukraine will not be able to access the call centre using this phone number).
The call centre is open on Monday - Friday between 10:00 - 18:00.
Please note: The UK Border Agency at the British Embassy in Kyiv is unable to deal with visitors, phone calls or emails about visa processes and individual applications. All enquiries must be made in writing either by email or by letter and sent to VFS (contact details above). They will be dealt with as quickly as possible.
The UK Border Agency has sole responsibility for processing visa applications. No other UK Border Agency officials are involved in or authorised to intervene in the visa application process. Communications about visa applications or decisions should not be sent to any other UK Border Agency officials or sections. Any communications sent to other departments at the UK Border Agency will not receive a reply.
