UK Border Agency in Kyiv invites interested parties to join their mailing list. Having joined the mailing list you will be able to receive messages about changes to the visa application process, new visa services and other relevant information. To join the mailing list please send an email to MailingList.UKBAKyiv@fco.gov.uk marked 'For the attention of mailing list section'. You should include the name of your organisation/individual and your preferred email address.
If you want to provide feedback or complain about the service that you have received at a VFS visa application centre, please see the Feedback and complaints page on this website.
Please do not carry unnecessary baggage to the visa application centre when you submit your visa application. Please leave your bags and mobile phone in your car or at home. You only need to bring your completed visa application form, passport, supporting documents and your wallet/purse. This is for security reasons and will speed up your entry to the visa application centre.
The Data Protection Act prevents the UK Border Agency and VFS from providing information about an application to anybody other than the individual visa applicant or their authorised representative.
