    SMS Service - track your application

    SMS news updates will be sent to you informing you of the status of your visa application. Once purchased you will receive several automated feedback messages to your mobile phone informing you of what stage your application is as it's being processed. The service supports the transfer of SMS text into the language of your choice (Ukrainian, Russian and English languages are available) and re assures you that your visa application is progressing towards the final stages of the visa application process. At the end of the process you will receive an automated email message (in English only) to your registered email address, informing you that the UK Border Agency has made a decision on your visa application and your documents have been returned.

    You can buy this service for USD 2 only (charged in Hryvnia, VAT excluded), at the same time you submit your visa application form, supporting documents and biometric data at the visa application centre. The application form can be downloaded and completed before you visit the visa application centre by clicking here.

    Note: This value added service is optional and is available only in Ukraine for local SMS only.

    Passport Courier Service

    Applicants may request for a courier assisted facility which means that your passport and other documents will be returned via courier. This facility is available at a small extra cost. Delivery usually takes 2 - 5 days from when the visa application centre receives your documents. If you have paid for this service, you can call this number to track your shipment. Please note that TNT will need your Air Way Bill number to give this information.

  • Premium Lounge Service

    An optional enhanced application submission service is available.

    The fee for using this service is USD 200 / the equivalent Hryvnia, plus visa fee. This provides customers with:
